Terms of Sale

1. Subject
These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to the Woodle Career Pro plan, an application published by Woodle Lab. By activating the Pro plan, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms of Sale.
2. Plans and pricing
Free Plan — €0/month
No time limit, no credit card. Access to core features: unlimited applications, Kanban view, statistics, recommended offers, CSV import, follow-up alerts, logbook, application templates.
Pro Plan — €4.99 incl. VAT/month
Access to all additional features: personalised Daily Brief, personal pattern analysis, 100% customisable dashboard, monthly PDF report, week score, interview checklist, CSV export, email reminders (interviews day before + automatic follow-ups), Monday weekly digest, calendar sync (Google, Apple, Outlook) and advanced insights.
Prices are shown including VAT (where applicable). Woodle Lab reserves the right to change its prices with 30 days' notice by email.
3. 14-day free trial
Upon activating the Pro plan, the user benefits from 14 days of full, free access, without entering payment details. At the end of this period, if no cancellation has been made, the Pro subscription is automatically activated at €4.99/month.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Woodle Lab never has access to the user's banking details. Billing is monthly, on the anniversary date of Pro plan activation. A receipt is issued by Stripe at each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods are bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
5. Renewal and cancellation
- The subscription renews automatically each month.
- The user can cancel at any time from their profile (Manage my subscription → Stripe Portal), free of charge and without justification.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Access to Pro features remains active until that date.
- No pro-rata refund is made for unused days in the current period.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and their express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By activating the Pro plan and immediately accessing the features, the user acknowledges having expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
During the 14-day free trial period: no payment is charged. Cancellation before the end of the trial is free of charge and without commitment.
7. Service availability
Woodle Lab commits to maintaining the service with a target of 99.5% monthly availability. Planned maintenance interruptions may occur and will be notified as soon as possible. Woodle Lab cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend).
8. Amendment of terms
Woodle Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale. Any substantial modification will be notified by email at least 30 days before it comes into force. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction. The consumer may also resort to consumer mediation.
